Same in my store. So much nicer when you don't have to carry the paper coupons with you all the time.

Don't forget that MOST Joann's take Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and other competitor coupons, also. That adds to your savings. Have fun!

My JoAnn's has the magazine, which comes out a couple times a year, but it costs $4, the coupons are inside the magazine, and they aren't as good as they used to be. They are more specific in what they may be used for. I hope you have a good time here in the States!

If you are staying at a hotel use the computer in the business center (usually free for guests) and go to joann's web page. You can print out the coupons. Lately the web page has had better coupons than the app. You can print out Hobby Lobby, Michaels and AC Moore's coupons the same way. Joann takes them as long as they are for something that is sold in both stores. If you do get a plan to use your phone in the states, get the app. You can use the coupons from the app, the web site and the news paper at the same time for different items. Enjoy your visit.

You can search online from your phone while you are here, and use "JoAnns Coupons" in your search. The coupon offers change often so wait till you are here to check the offers for that week. Once you have the coupon pulled up on your phone you can show it to the cashier and they can scan the coupon right off the phone. No need to print and carry coupons.

As you will be traveling, I would suggest the phone app, if you can. That way you have the newest coupons. BUT be aware, on and around holidays, is when they have the most coupons. Currently they only have one, 40% off for one regular priced item. Cruise their website while you are waiting and you will get a better idea of what's available. Labor Day just passed but these are coming up.

Columbus Day: second Monday in October

Veterans Day: November 11

Thanksgiving Day: 4th Thursday in November

Christmas Day: December 25
