I am a firm believer in hostess gifts. This is my 11th mystery and I've made most of Judy's designs more than once.
I cannot say that of the expensive classes I have taken at my LQS. If you want to send Just a little something, I have her address. Just saying... Dotty

I have hosted sew-a-longs on other forums where gifts were sent. I think it's a very nice thing to do. Judy spends hours getting these mysteries ready for us. I have made 2 of Judy's patterns and enjoyed them both.

see, I notice everything!!! thought you were planning to applique it someplace. silly me! (nosy me!).

If we took this mystery at a shop it would cost us a minimum of $40, probably more, so a small fat quarter in an envelope is nothing compared to what we'd be spending for a class in a brick and mortar. Think of how happy Judy would be to get great 'gifts' in the mail. a small price to pay for all the fun we have together and all the new friends we've made.
