I have had that happen 2-3 times in my short life span as a quilter. I usually jump up and do a little dance!

You were lucky that you didn't stitch the entire seam before you saw that the bobbin thread ran out. Been there, done that.

Good for you...I often sew many inches then realize no bobbin thread! Sure wish the machine would beep at me when bobbin thread runs out.

My Babylock Aria Beeps and stops and tells me that I'm almost out of bobbin thread....if I'm just piecing, I can usually get to the end of my seam. If I'm on a long seam I just have to stop and reload a new bobbin but at least I don't sew the whole seam only to find our that I have run out. Love my babylock!

I used to hate it when the bobbin ran out! With my newest machine it tells me when it's close to running out!! Nice surprise!!!
