Red face front of my new grandbaby's quilt

What do you think, do I need a solid outer border or just binding?? It will be backed with polkadots on white background flannel! Would love your input!! thanks so much for looking!! GramTam

you could go either way just fine, but my preference would be for a strong border to frame the design.

I agree with QM. A strong solid border would set the entire quilt off. I love your work.

How big is it getting to be? The binding may be enough of an eye stopper. Either way. Cute quilt. Sometimes a quilt can get too big to be useful for a little person.

That is so cute! I am a border person so I would vote for border.

Adorable quilt. I don't think you need a border unless you the size of this quilt to be bigger.

Cute as is, I don't think it needs a border.
