Yay! Because my garage is a place of cold desperation anytime it isn't a place of hot misery! (And I won't have to scrub the kitchen floor!)

Great Wolf tends to be on the spendy side from what I've heard.

If that's the place I'm thinking of, it's perfect. Only a couple blocks from the library we've been meeting at.

Cari

Just checked a map, yep it's the one I thought.

And the room rates are pretty reasonable. We are still waiting for them to put it in writing (they promised an email to confirm that has yet to arrive)

If it is confirmed, we will go ahead and book it.

They even offered us a projector for the movie!! too cool

Slight change they're offering us the room comped for about 2 to 3 hours day we want it for the whole day there will be a small fee I don't mind doing that if enough people are interested in actually spending the time playing or working on machines doing various things what did people think how many hours would be appropriate

I think 2 to 3 hours would just be getting started. I'm game for the whole day, this time I'm not letting anyone talk me into doing anything else before I come. I might even bring a friend.

Very cool! Last meeting was 5 hours with about 6 attendees. Time flies when you're having fun. Mostly we just visited.

Rodney there were lots more than six attendees at the Library! It seemed like anyway.lol Also maybe we should start a new thread so people can see, this is an old thread and I almost didn't look at it again. How about that.

Sounds good to me that inn place for all day, it takes all day doesn't it?lol Cari better be there or we will go find her. When plans are made for sure we can get the word out to others so they can come too, even with short notice their should be people that can get away. yippeeeeeeee

Depending on the fee for the all day room, maybe we could have a raffle to help pay for it?

You're probably right. I didn't make any sort of a formal head count. It was smaller than other meetings but still I think more than that did show up.
