    Default Dad's Scrabble Quilt

I made this Scrabble quilt for my dad for Christmas. I found the Scrabble fleece for the backing at Joann's this week. I think he's going to love it!

That is just wonderful, and the backing just takes it over the top.
How did you do the letters?

I bought the scrabble letters by the yard on line an cut each letter into 3 1/4 by 3 inch blocks. I made 9 patch blocks and sewed them together into rows (5 rows, 5 nine patch blocks per row). It has warm and natural batting and the fleece backing. Each block is stitched in the ditch quilting. All done on Pinky!
