I too love to use the QB as a history/journal of my quilting experience. While I do have a lot of pics saved to my computer, the most comprehensive record is right here! I got my LA as a member here and it is fun to go back and see how my style of LAQ has changed as I progressed. It can also help serve as encouragement and motivation for other newbie LAers. My very first tentative longarming doodles are posted here on the board and almost every quilt I have longarmed since then.

Did you know that you can go to my profile and see all my posts and threads? And I can go to yours and see all your posts and threads. This helps when you know that a member posted something, but can't find it another way. I don't have to do that, but it may be helpful.

This is also why i have albums on here of my quilts, collection of small/toy sewing machines and vintage sewing sewing machines. I have a record of it online here and love it, i don't know how many people actually have put albums on their profiles???
