Wow - that's pretty creative! I never in my life would have come up with that! And the quilt is great too, I like it a lot. Good job, I also look forward to seeing the finished quilt!

I think I posted this before but this reminded me....we had a gas leak and had to call the fire department . When they came, they noticed my similar set-up with questioning looks. My DH simply told them it was my adult toy LOL

Clever set-up and my guess is that your shoulders appreciate your DH every time you use it. Love the quilt, too.

I use a suspension system as well. It really does help a lot when trying to manage a large quilt. I know you'll enjoy being able to quilt for longer periods without fatigue now that yours is up and running.
