I agree love that fabric, last boom or the one before someone sent that fabric out and it was even more beautiful in person.

Moonrise, you chose some beautiful fabrics. With that much fabric to choose from I would be overwhelmed.

My package will go out tomorrow. I changed my mind again, normally I am not this indecisive. I will be sending out the soft romantic fabric to this group but there will also be 2 fabrics that are different. Only had 16 of the fat 1/8's. Have several more pieces of the fabric but they had such large designs they would have been to hard to work with. Will probably send 2 of the fabrics for my grandson's quilt.

My pkg is off & I emailed the tracking number. (And then breathed a sigh of relief!)

then we spent the rest of the time at Land Between The Lakes in Kentucky ... which ... conveniently! ... is very near Paducah, home of Hancock's of Paducah! Oh my word! If you've never been, you gotta go! That was my first "time, and as soon as I went in the door, my jaw hit the floor. You name it, they have it! It was almost overwhelming! I managed to spend "only" $150, but could've easily blown the budget right out of the water. They had many of their batiks on sale for $5.99 and $6.99 a yard, so I got several one-yard cuts, and I also picked up three FQ bundles ... two Kaffe Fassett ones and a Benartex one with big, realistic flowers. It took 2-1/2 hours to take it all in and decide what I wanted."

Ah Darn Lisa... you were literally in my back door! I live less than 15 minutes from both of these... Could have told you of a small shop where most of her fabric is $6 to $7 a yard... Did you get to go into Quilt in a Day also? If you ever come back this way, give me a shout. Glad you enjoyed our backyard, lol.

I'm at work today, but plan on having my squishy mailed tomorrow when I get home.

Hello everyone! Sitting in Denver airport for 2 hour layover. Responded to email and mailed package on Friday. I ran out of my fabric so there are a few packages of alternate fabric. I will have to send another photo of that one.

Had a nice retreat with my sister at Plum Creek Retreat, Cedar Rapids NE. The facility was nice. An old country school house that had been restored. I had thought of bringing a set of my BOOM blocks but ended up with some other projects. Always nice to get away and not have to do anything but sew and sleep.

Did get them to play one game of Left-Right-Center with fat quarters. I didn't win

Packages were received from Jclinganrey, TravelingGramma, Bibliostone, QuiltAddict, Moonwork42029, QuilterMomma, Jaba, and Joanelizbay. Wow. These added to the others make 10 received and more are on their way. Great job, ladies.
