I just ordered some of this thread recently and tried it today for the first time. OMG It is wonderful. I can't believe how nice it sews. I am piecing a wall hanging and what a difference using this thread. I think I will be spoiled now.

Aurifil is my go to thread for all piecing. I have it in many colors but lots of neutrals too.

Yes, get it from Craftsy.com I bought 2 dozen spools from them in early January for less than $8 a spool.

Yep! I love it, too. I call it the "Cadillac" of threads. I buy lots of the smaller spools for hand applique work & a few of the larger ones for piecing & quilting. Patski's tip is a good one. With the little spools you just wind the thread around the lip 3-4x and I've found it stays.
