Oh I bet pastels would be really pretty. You could make one side of the block in pink yellow peach and the other side blue lavender teal etc, maybe a tiny baby print for the triangles, Oh I love this pattern. If you make one be sure to post a picture please.

Here's my new block. I call it Church Ladies Pineapple Dessert. I used "Church Ladies Aprons", Five Inch Stackers by Penny Rose Fabrics... They are sold at MSQC.

Justjan, I like that one even better than the black one, which was beautiful. Did you try putting them together, alternating? Just wondering what that would look like. Probably not, because you would lose the pineapples. Great interpretation!
