    What a great design decision! The navy really lets you focus on the individual shirt patterns and lets them shine. She will treasure this forever, so thanks for adding to her memories and comforting her. You did a marvelous job!

    What a beautiful memory quilt. You did a great job with the pattern, and picked the perfect color for the sashing. Hope this brings her comfort and joy. Congrats on a job well done!!

    I really love your quilt. The black is perfect with the neutral shirting, and the pattern is simple yet elegant. Will bookmark this one; thanks for sharing!

    Looking closer I do believe the sashing is dark navy rather than black. Whichever, it is perfect!

    Great shirt quilt. Shows off all the shirting fabs and is unified by that dramatic black. Love it.
