I took forever to find your mistake. If it took me that long I don't think it counts as a mistake.

Nothing is supposed to be perfect. Unless I made it..j/k

A wise old Native American once told me nothing is to be perfect unless Wakan Tanka created it.

I have to say I'm sorry. I looked and looked then I saw it (them). I'm saying I'm sorry because my first reaction was to laugh, not because of your problem but once you do see it, it does rather pop out.

Ditto! I thought it was perfect.

I would have probably left it. It was designed that way, right?

It's a lovely quilt and worth fixing. It will be fine after the quilting.

Well, the strangest thing.......I logged on and came right to this link and BAM......there it is. But it like those hidden pictures, I never find them. Still, it is a fabulous quilt. WD (well done?)

Blockhead.... took me a while... but I see two.... you know the Amish have a saying that every quilt should have a mistake in it because it is made with love by imperfect humans.

Wow - took me forever to see it and now that I see it I can't stop thinking about it! Yeah, been there... done that... surely I'll do it again lol.

Did you rip it out? I would have. It would drive me crazy if I didn't!

I did fix it yes. In fact I fixed it immediately I found it which was not a great idea. It was late, I was tired and my 'fix' was hasty.

I was going to fix the fix - some of the patches are not quite straight, and I had a little trouble doing internal seams. I decided instead to leave the wonky patches as my Amish bit.
