GramE, I'm working on your block today, it is slow going for me today, I think all the cylanders aren't firing. No big mistakes, just more tedious then usual for me. Sunday and Tuesday are hard for me, they are the days after my 24 hour shifts. It will likely be mid week or so before it is actually finished.

A 24 hr shift would slow most down. But you've raised my anticipation level. Take it easy. You already did more gardening this week than I'll do in the rest of my life! My garden consists of a cherry tomato plant plucked from a manure pile and replanted in a pot in my back yard! I save my energy for sewing.

I keep thinking about Boom 17, wondering IF I want to join it or spend the time working on the two quilts Ill need to make from Boom 16....I just finished a Hunters Star and its on way to quilters and cut out a Flamingo patch pal quilt.. so am keeping busy but I still miss seeing others F8s and picking out patterns to match...decisions decisions!

Luckily, there's plenty of time to decide.

I'm so sorry I haven't been as much a part of this as I would like. My computer is dying. Just got it back from the repairman. This time he thinks the motherboard may be flaky so the next time I bring it in I will be looking for a nw one. At least It's letting me type a bit. I only have 7 blocks to go. I will send Janice photos of those I have completed so she can post them.

Grandma Di! Welcome back. I think we all understand computer issues. Whenever you are ready, send me the pix, I'll move them here. Hope you are able to check out the blocks made for you on boomerangswaps.weebly.com.

Some more beautiful blocks. If all goes well this week and weekend, I will be starting my blocks for everyone next week. At least that is the plan.
