wow, you're about the closest person I've seen on this board to us! My wife works on Alameda and I work across from the Oakland Airport! Hope to see you at our next VSS open house

Great machine! I have a Pfaff 30 treadle. I too love Pfaffs! I like the name Pfiona. Just saw that name twice on an English mystery show and mentioned to my dh that I like that name .... hmm, think I'll name my treadle Pfiona even though I don't usually name machines. Hope you get it up and working as I am sure you will love it when you do. Good luck!

Yahoo has a vintage Pfaff forum with lots of information regarding repairs. Check it out! You do have to join and be approved but that's not difficult.
