    Default The wedding quilt

    Well the wedding has come and gone and the quilt was okay...not the reaction I was hoping for but it was well received. I posted here awhile ago on color selections for the ballerina quilt pattern I was going to make with blues and greens http://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f1...s-t275162.html

    I did take out a few fabrics and ended up with this....thanks for looking

    This quilt is beautiful! I love the colors and design and the quilting! I would think any couple would be happy to receive this for a wedding gift!

    Sometimes newlyweds are so overwhelmed with the happenings that they stop reacting. It is later that they will realize what a gorgeous present this was and you may get even more heartfelt thanks in the future when things calm down. It is indeed a gorgeous, wonderful gift!

    I think your final fabric selection looks great. Kind of reminds me of the different shades of water. Very calming quilt.

    your quilt is spectacular!!!! Some people just don't what to say. I love it and it would go great in my bedroom. You did a fantastic job on this one!!
