    Default First time hand quilting

This is my first time hand quilting. Thought I would share a couple of pics. Fellow nurses will really get my border.

That is great! Love the heart rhythm in the border.

Thank-you for the compliments. This quilt has been on hold for a couple of years because I didn't know how I wanted to quilt this quilt. Then, suddenly, it was as if the quilt talked to me and I could see the quilting on it with pearl thread. This meant hand quilting, something I haven't done before and never thought I would attempt. It's been fun

You did a fine job. The border quilting was an act of genius.

I love it! Your hand quilting is very nicely done. Very clever with the border.
