I am a craftsy member and have taken several classes. I went online and searched for JoAnns and Craftsy, and was directed to the free classes. I signed up for a Wild Quilting by Christina Cameli.

FYI, that happened to me as well. I emailed them, since the email they sent said that the offer was good until midnight ET. They emailed back with a link for the free class.

I signed up for the New York Beauty class (name escapes me). I watched a little and it's already helped me with paper piecing.

I love the Angela Walters and Christina Camelli ones.

My vote is for Cindy Needham's Design It class or one of Patsy Thompson's classes. They are both excellent and I will be referring back to them for a long time. Their classes are a wealth of machine quilting information and they are both excellent teachers.

Design It, Quilt It: Free Form Techniques (Cindy Needham), really good use of stencils and marking to create planned free motion designs

I took this class and highly recommend it.
I plan on taking her newest class too. I just can't imagine any other teacher could be better

I got this offer also and chose The Secrets of Free Motion Quilting by Christina Cameli. I hope those of you who got the offer from JAF went ahead and picked one out. There were no strings to this offer. I too had a hard time making a choice due to all the great offers.

Last October, craftsy offered an all-access pass for a song and a dance. I was practically glued to the computer for a week or two. They do offer a lot of regular sales too. I have never bought a class for full price.

Since I have most of the quilting classes I went for one of the new ones that I had sent to my wish list.

I really enjoyed the classes with Jacque Gehring. She talks as if you are right at her elbow and the only other person in the room. I felt I learned a lot from a very caring teacher.
