the name of the pattern is " Labyrinth Walk" by the Guilty Quilter. Pattern available from many shops, American Quilter Society offers a very reasonable priced kit. Been around for a couple years . I made my first one 2 years ago, they are kind of fun to make. Just have to stay organized

Default How did you figure out the directions?

I bought this pattern, and the directions do not make sense. He says to draw a line across the squares, then sew on the line. ( Sew it to anything or just sew?) Then cut, 1/4 inch from the line. ( Is this before or after you sew this to something? Big side or little side? no clue. The drawings do not match the directions, in scale or directions. Worst directions ever on a sewing project. You obviously figured out this pattern and did a great job. I think I got the original, uncorrected version and it is a real mystery how to sew this pattern.

OOps Never mind! I was not given the right directions. Once I got the right pages, the middle went together smoothly. And you do not have to use gray, as I was told to do. I used two prints, the hues must be black, dark, lighter, white.

The fabric choices really make this quilt.

I have this pattern. I plan on making one for each grandchild. That would be four of them. I am going to make them in their favorite color. I purchased the white and black fabrics yesterday.
Could you please tell me what size the finished block is?
Was your finished size quilt 84x84. Not sure I want it that big. Is there a way of making it smaller?
Thanks a bunch !

Yours came out amazing!
