oh, yes--Hamilton is only about 45min-1 hour north of Lee's Summit--so if you are coming all the way from GA then yes to Hamilton trip. Plus there's a nice little quilt shop in Lee's Summit to get you warmed up!

I hope to make a trip there next year and also stop by Ree Drummond, Pioneer Woman store she is opening this fall in Oklahoma.

We are going next week. It has been a couple years since we have ventured up there and it sounds like there have been many changes. I'm looking forward to the trip.

Sounds like you have a great husband. My best friend doesn't mind taking me to a quilt shop, He even tries to help me pick the fabric!

Not sure I will ever be able to justify a trip to Missouri... But one could always hope! Someday....
