Oh darling I've started bout 10yrs ago, and still struggling with accuracy so do your best, compare to no one better than you or lesser than you.. You have your own style and taste.. Do watch as many you tubes as possible to learn for yourself and a few on TV-PBS can learn from others and if possible join a guild to stay motivated.. But best of all enjoy your time and yes get addicted to all those tools out there go to quilt shows ask questions someone will answer you..
