That is just adorable! You did a great job! :thumbup: I, too, have not made a quilt using a pattern. The only ones I have made are photo quilts for the grandkid's graduations. I have a QOM from Joanns I am going to make this summer. It is a sampler quilt, so should be a good one to start with. I know what you mean about making that first cut. I made my granddaughter's flower girl dress for my dau. wedding. It was the most expensive fabric I had ever used and it took me forever to make that first cut! Your quilt turned out just beautiful! :!:
