I prefer the Kona. 303 colors to choose from and the weight makes them stand toe to toe with other fabrics in the quilt.

The Cotton couture fabric lines are made by Robert Kauffman and are the same quality as Kona and Bella solids

I don't think it's a question of quality. The characteristics are very different from Kona and Bella. The thread count is higher, the feel is lighter and silkier.

I just made a quilt with all MM Cotton Couture and really liked the weight and feel of the fabric.

IMO I love the Couture cottons. I've used them in several different colors and projects. It washes well, little to no pressing. It has a lovely finish to it. I also find it doesn't ravel like other cottons do.
