Default Folding Cutting Mat by Olfa- Reviews please

What is your experience with the Folding Cutting Mat by Olfa? Is it worth the investment.

I usually take a 12X17 cutting board to workshops. ..any larger and I'd be impinging on my neighbors space.

I can see the fold for the 12X17. How does the Olfa Folding Mat, 17" x 24" fold (as shown on Amazon)?

    Thanks.

I saw that they were on sale today on MSQC. I have bought various sizes of the Omnigrid mats, I prefer them over Olfa because they are much thicker. I do go to quilting groups and I take either the 8"x12" or the 12"x18" depending on what I am go to be cutting.

I have a large one and ordered the one at MSQC today while it's on special. The one I have is too big to take to classes. I can't tell where the fold is when cutting once it is together. The fold is scalloped shaped.
