Peg I just discovered Leah's MBOM last week and went ahead and bought all 8 block patterns. So far I've chosen the fabrics and prepped them, now I'm going to cut the fabrics for all the blocks and put them into separate zip lock bags. I plan on making all the blocks first and then start on the fmqing. Any advice you may want to share would be appreciated. I'll be a beginner as far as the fmqing goes but I've made a quilt or two in my day. This 8th block of yours is great and the quilting looks awesome!

I think your block, piecing and quilting look great! I like Leah Day's approach to FMQ and have learned so much from following her.

I think you did an awesome job. You are too hard on yourself.

Very nice! I wish I could get the courage to do more than stitch in the ditch, crosshatch, and a serpentine like stitch. Learning to use my darning/embroidery foot was on my summer to-do list. I better get going!

I think your block is beautifully done. The piecing & the quilting. Leah is a good teacher in my opinion & has such good videos to guide you. Great job!
