For years we had contour pillows, but they became moldy. We tried the My Pillow but could not get used to it. I bought the fiber fill from Costco and DH loves them -- me not so much (my neck is killing me). I just bought another contour pillow so I hope it relieves my neck and shoulder pain.

I guess to each his own with pillows. I just got My Pillow last week and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since.

I used to sleep on buckwheat pillows. I loved those pillows. For about the last 15 years, I have slept on memory foam pillows. I have a difficult time sleeping without them now. But they are not all created equal. I have tried several that were cumbersome, unpleasant and almost hard. I had a couple that were my favorites but I don't know who made them. I am always searching for one that is just right.

Jusr recently got JC Penneys pillow when they were 1/2 price. They are still expensive, but think pilliws are super hard to buy. None suits after a few wks or months. Maybe they don't make them like they used to ?

I must be very lucky. When I go to bed head down fast asleep. I can sleep anywhere I like with or without a pillow. I'm just a sleepy person, always have been .

I recently bought the My Pillows for us. Check the internet for sales and deals. I got 2 bed pillows and 2 travel pillows for less than $90 and we love them. No more headaches and my neck stiffness is going away a little every day! i like the fact that they are machine washable and dryable too.

Have any of you tried the "My Pillow"? It seems expensive. Got any good suggestions?

I also have had 10 spinal surgeries. I have a 4" memory foam mattress cover also. I love the pillow. it gets a bit hard in the cold weather, but softens up in about a minute or two. I couldn't sleep without it. but give it a day or two t get used to it. It gives great neck support too.
we use those same type pillows and it did take a little getting used too---now when we travel by car we take them with us in a very "noticeable" pillow case so we don't forget it at hotel! ours was the bonus when we bought our memory foam bed---which was a huge investment but WELL worth it!

Had bad experiences with "My Pillow", phoned to return, and was told, "Must not return until end of trial period.!?
They are made of shredded foam. Same as offered in discount stores.
