Default Grand Majolica

Has anyone used Robert Kaufman Grand Majolica Vintage line to make a quilt? I am in love with the fabric but am drawing a blank on how to use it in a queen size quilt. I cannot come up with any patterns on pinterest or my other "go to" sites.

There are 10 examples of quilts on their website but didn't look if they are designers patterns or free.

Our church group gets the fabric ends and I had not seen this fabric yet. Most of my quilts are made from RK fabric and I think they are nice cottons that are not skimpy or thin.

I have a charm pack but haven't decided what to do either. I think I'd like to find some yardage but I'm not finding any in my area. Do you know if your LQS is still selling it?

Those 10 patterns are free downloads. I'm not sure if any are queen size, but maybe they will give you other ideas, or you can enlarge them.

I have not seen it at the LQS, only pre cuts online. MSQC has some great tutorials for charm packs. I have two layer cakes.

I am very familiar with RK website. The designer patterns you must go to the designer's website to purchase the pattern. There are instruction for what fabrics are suggested to use in order for shops to kit the patterns but there are no direction on cutting and sewing the quilt top. Only the ones called free patterns, which there are 4 of them, are actually free patterns. TT also has this designer patterns mixed in with the free patterns.

Beautiful fabric! I think I may have to get some to use in my Millefiorie (sp?) quilt, especially the florals. Just gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
