Athens Greece fabric shops?

I just signed up for a trip to Athens and some of the Greek Islands in Greece next year and I am already thinking about getting some fabric there.
Can anyone tell me where to find some quilt shop quality fabric in Greece? In Athens or on any of the islands?

You might have to Google to see if they do have any quilt shops. Quilting is a sparse hobby in some countries on the mainland. Have a fun trip.

Searching member locations on the forum show 55 for Greece BUT not one of them have ever posted, so not much help there.

Hate to be a downer, but I was in Athens 5 years ago for my 40th birthday. The economy was so bad that there were a lot of abandoned storefronts. Not sure if it has rebounded.

Found an interesting blog called zarkadian.blogspot.ca and reading through it see there is a lady who started the Thessaloniki Quilt Guild. also see the new site is called zarkadia.com and it looks really interesting. I'm camping with only my ipad and don't know how to copy and paste links, sorry.
