Your machine and you together make those stitches so straight....they are lovely to look at on the bags. I have a Brother 1500S......love the stitch. Is that the machine you use? Good job!

Beautiful purses! I have never sewn on leather. What are some tips you have found that would make it easier to sew on leather?

Wow they are lovely. I have leather purse that needs the zipper replaced, any ideas where I can get a large tooth zipper index with leather on the ends? Thanks

I absolutely love the one with the fringe. Savers has a 99 cent tag sale on Mondays. I bought a gorgeous leather jacket for .99 two weeks ago. It is too good to cut up, but I have passed on some leather jackets at that price that had a flaw. Next time, I am going to recycle one of those flawed jackets into a cut purse because you inspire me with your creative designs.

Check on line for tutorials. I made one or two before I discovered tutorials on line. I really got great information from them. Good luck, it is so satisfying to complete a leather purse that looks professional.

Try Tandy Leather. I also save zippers and other re-useable parts from old purses.
