Just about to suggest Warm Wishes, too. And I'd use it as Loisf suggests.

Beautiful fabric! It will make a gorgeous quilt, whatever you decide.

I would use the larger print in center or big blocks with the blue sashing, l ( light ), or use the larger print as a middle panel and then use the small print blocks with each blue on sides ,( dark blue, print block, lighter blue, dark blue, print block, light blue, etc.

I've made a couple of Warm Wishes quilts and they turn out to be really pretty. Pretty fabric, btw.

BQ1 is my favorite for a fast and impressive quilt, however; I have made them in lap size only.

Really simple and fast could be a QAYG Row quilt

Kystyna, bear and moose fabrics would be great in this pattern, because even the small pieces are big enough to "see" the fabric. ;-)
I like the idea you came up with for the ducks and ponds, etc. Hope you'll share it when you're done!

all of them sound great but like the Warm Wishes idea and the log cabin if you make the center big enough to fussy cut it
