backsidefabrics.com has a huge selection and will send you free swatches. I'm very happy with their service, quality and prices.

Definetly Connecting threads. They have 104" wide backing for as little as $8.36 a yard!

Rocky Mountain Quilting in Sandy, Utah has 118" wide, 100% cotton solid quilt backing for $13.00 a yard and they will ship. If that helps.

I got some backing from Marshall's Dry Goods. Beautiful tone-on-tone. A 108" piece had less than 2% shrinkage in width, so I think that's pretty good! I always get a few extra inches, just because!
