    Default Tall Pine

Sharing this pieced wall hanging top.

Purchased a kit for this project from Quilted Jewel Series last year at Houston's International Quilt Festival. My very first time buying a fabric kit. Glad I did.

I was so drawn to the jewel fabric colors. The kit included the pattern which covers option to different size pines. Templates were sold separately.

I'm proud for completing it and now to decide on quilt stitching.

Very pretty wall hanging. I really like the color arrangement because it creates a lot of interest. Kits are sometimes the way to go for sure. I have a pattern I am working on (too much of a tight wad to have purchased the kit). Wish I had have done it as I search the stash to find just the right things. Certainly would have saved time-maybe even money if i have to go to the local LQS.
