Why not sell them? As a rather new quilter I don't make these things because first I need to get my quilt making down before I confuse myself with anything else. However, I love to give homemade gifts to my family and friends plus I get to see, touch and try to figure out how different things are made.

I love the mug rugs & I make them every year for a added little gift. I, myself, don't own one but I will soon. But since you have more than you would use then I think as the rest of the group does. Just donate them to your favorite organization. You will make a lot of people happy. By the way, did you get your awesome sewing chair yet? How do you like it?
