    I am very happy just finished my last quilty Christmas gift ... I am pretty sure they will be happy to receive them. This has become one of my favorite pattern to make with very little issues.

    Hmmmm. Those are more clever than I thought at first. A plate will fill most of the center square so that the blue will appear as an accent to the plate. Very nice!

    Oh , did you do self binding where you bring the back fabric over to the front? Look great!
