these are on my to-do list for next Christmas. I need to make tons. How long does it take you to make one?

I do them assembly line - cut the batting - cut the fabric - zig zag to secure - match up the pieces & trim so they are the same size - stitch the tucks - cut the tucks - pin together - stitch - turn inside out - stitch around the edge.
It's hard to say how long one takes, but I find assembly line is much quicker.
