I never use mine. The ones I bought are not big enough for my needs.

I purchase mine at full price and don't regret it for a minute! I use mine all the time for trimming and squaring up. My sewing area is small and I just don't have the space for my machine, extended sewing table and a cutting mat. Especially if I need to rotate (and I probably have all the Olfa mats in all the sizes which I use as well). So when piecing and building my blocks the smaller rotating one sits on a tv table right beside me and works like a dream for my needs.

I had the smaller rotating mat and didn't care for it. Gave it to my daughter who likes it. I use a small mat and rotate that myself. I find that to work the best for me.

I absolutely LOVE my rotating mat!
I often bring it to the living room to square up a huge whack of blocks while watching TV.
It's sturdy and does not shift around while cutting like the round rotating mats.

I have a 7" one and a 17" one .Both get a lot of use. My kids gave me the big one as a gift, but if they hadn't, I would've used a hefty size coupon.

I watch for specials at some of the Quilting Stores or JoAnn's and purchase a new different size mat so that I can change them out so that they don't cut much. When I first started quilting 6 years ago, I purchased only one mat and literally wore that mat out. Now, I have several and change them out when I start a new project. I turn them over, turn them around and then just plain switch them out. Have had much better luck with not wearing them out.

I have two sizes as well and use them a lot!! I like them because they'll fit on my sewing table if I'm working on something that requires re-sizing or trimming. The rotation often helps with what would otherwise be odd angles. I just change the rotation to make it easier. ;-)

I use mine quite a lot for squaring up smaller units. Well worth the price to me!

I got the Brooklyn revolver for Christmas when it came out and loved it. When we moved, I could not find it so bought the one from JAs. It works but does not rotate as smoothly as my earlier one (but it is also much lighter). H am down to my last dozen packed boxes so I still hope to find it.
