Default pink charlie brown doll quilt

I made another of these. First one is here Charlie Brown doll quilt . Before I finish this one, I'm wondering if it should have borders to make it larger. Right now, it is 15x18". Is that large enough for an American Girl doll?

The majority of American Girl dolls are 18" tall. If it were me, I'd add a small border to make it a bit larger...she may want to pair her doll up with a small teddy or something..

I agree 100%. While I'm a newb to quilting, I do have experience sewing for dolls and I always make blankets longer than the height of the doll. Full disclosure tho-- I do like a generous blanket

The quilt is DARLING (just like the first one!) and I think it would look marvelous with a border. Some little child is going to be very happy. It's so vibrant and happy. Great work!
