I have used Triangulations for years. I like that I can print out any size I need for HST and QST as well as flying geese.

I also had to Google the TOAR and wondered if the directions contain options, can you cut the 4" squares to make your HST and not cut the 8 1/2 " strips which I think are to be used for the triangles.
Also, I believe there is n error for the red blocks, instructions read cut 3 2"x wof red print and cut 2"x wof cream. I think that we need 3 of each o further cut the 2"units for the 4 patch

Just reread my post and found that there is a problem with my keyboard, can't possibly be me, I see that when questioning the number of 2" strips, should read cut 3 @2" x wof and 1 @2" x wof. shouldn't this be 3 of each to make subunits.

I just used Triangles on a Roll for the first time. You can cut the paper as long or short as your fabric is. All in all, I liked them and am happy with the results. A lot of paper removal, but an easy mindless task.

Triangles on a Roll have been around for a decade. I bought my first TOAR in 2008 or therebouts at a quilt show. The vendor sold out of every roll she had after everyone watched her demos. I made hundreds of HSTs because it was so easy with the cut and sew method. I now use the Triangulations software to make my own in any size. Mrs. Rosie's Cake Mix recipe cards are the new version of TOAR.

I had never heard this either. She does not give sizes and it takes alot of guessing to get it right!!!!

I also find triangles on a roll. problem is there are 11 different sizes. I find this disturbing. the pattern gives definition of HST & WOF, but really no explanation of TOAR
