Verna, Very nice package! Is that a holder for the rotary cutter blades? I love those plastic snap containers, I carry my rotary cutters and small scissors in one, and the other I carry my pigma pens in it. I just love them!

My SP's package is in the mailbox waiting to be picked up. It is stuffed full, almost couldn't get it shut. lol My SP has 2 vowels in her first name. Also, no furry babies.

Verna, If the others are on board with this, what if we for the month of November and December have everyone include a holiday recipe in with their packages. Then we get a new holiday recipe to try each of those months. Just something different for those 2 months. If others don't want to do it, that is fine. Just an idea.

What do the rest of you think?

Catjo I think that is an awesome ideal, I don't really have any recipes but I am sure I can find something in a cook book somewhere.

Just checked USPS tracking to find my SP's package is "In transit - DELAYED" when it was scheduled for 10/13 delivery. Following to see that it gets there alright. I should have hired Amelia Earhart!

My package is on its way to someone who wants to make a particular quilt, and likes the same candy as I do...but who are you? You should hopefully know on Tuesday according to the post office!

Cathy I think this is an awesome Idea, everyone who wants to send and receive a Holiday Recipe will need to let me know and actually I will put it in the sign up sheet for the next 2 months. If you dont' want to participate you don't have to, but I think it will be cool getting different recipes

Wow this group is quiet! So lets get some chatter going. What is your favorite time of the year? Mine is fall, love when the leaves start turning, since I live in the Smokies just on the edge it gets so beautiful here. Used to love going to the smokies this time of the year but too much traffic now. Also use to live in the woods and it was beautiful there

Verna I love fall also because of all the changing of the foliage colors. I was rained in Virginia and it gets beautiful in the mountains there.

I am up for the recipe inclusion.

I received my package, apparently on Thursday but I was not home. I opened it this morning but I cannot remember who it was from. I will properly thank you when I get home, as I am at work. It is a fantastic package. There is flower stamp fabric with coordinating green that is lovely and I have plans to make into a lap quilt.
I received and owl towel that is adorable, a stylus, mints, thread, Kleenex, a pencil case for my crochet hooks, clips, bobbin wraps, and fantastic pink socks.

Thank you for the lovely package.
