I am so sorry for her and her family. I did print out the "good-bye" letter that she posted. So sad and she will indeed be greatly missed by all. Prayers to her family.

Today, our hearts are heavy with the loss of an industry icon... a master quilter & educator... an all around remarkable woman. We will remember Nancy Zieman with the same kindness and love that she bestowed upon all those who crossed her path. We feel honored to have known her and send love & strength to her family and friends. Rest easy Nancy, we will miss you.

Oh my gosh I am sorry to hear this. Someone posted here a few months ago she retired from her show to spend time with her family because her cancer had returned. No mention was made as to how serious her condition was. Quite a loss.

I repeat all the wonderful tributes to Nancy here - at least she had the chance to say goodbye to us all with dignity - she appreciated all of us as much as we appreciated and loved her talents which she so kindly shared with all of us. Condolences to her family and the sewing world. Rest in peace Nancy.
