It is beautiful--I don't blame you. And yes I have fabric like that too.

I would not cut it either. What about just adding a border and letting the beauty of this fabric show thru? Sometime simple is better.

It would be neat fussy cut into some gradient idea.

I have recently found patterns for some of my special fabrics. Sometimes we just have to bite the bullet and make that first cut. I usually have trouble with our club's challenge fabric, but I am also working on that roadblock as well.

I fell in love with this fabric and only bought 1 yard. Thought $14.99 was pricy. I have no clue what to do with it so it's hanging on the design wall and I just enjoy the colors.

Yes, Yes, yes. I finally used it to replace a faded picture in my home. Now I get to see it every day! One day it will be faded, too, but then I will replace it with another fabric I can't bear to cut.

Not any more! I saw a post (on another site) by a gal who always went to garage and estate sales saying how sad it was to see "relatives selling the fabric" at 50¢ to $1.00 a yard. It's been several months since I read that, and NOW nothing is sacred. I bought it to use, and use I will, in something. After that post I did a mini inventory of what I really had on hand, and it was crazy. Right now, if you're at my home and say you really like a piece of fabric, half of it might just go home with you, or maybe all of it. I've NEVER SEEN A HEARSE WITH A UHAUL. Use it folks.

Many years ago, I bought several pieces of FINE Japanese fabrics. One of them was "just can't cut it". Hung it on the wall. To this day, it's the only one I've used. I guess they all are "just can't cut it". Course, when I loose the wt and think of myself as gorgeous......
