I use my own saliva. I literally suck on the spot until it's gone. When you wash the quilt it will not be there. Works every time. Same with any clothing etc.

Hydrogen Peroxide will take it out in a flash.. my granddaughter is a chemo nurse... she give me that tip .. wow it works

If it is your blood you can use your spit. It really works, don't know if your blood is dry, but my blood came right out while wet.

I Have used my saliva for fresh blood but fesls naptha (brown soap) works for al most every stain if you use elbow grease. For ink on DH's shirt I use hair spray (the cheap kind).
