Those are adorable.

I use to make Barbie and GI Joe doll clothes and duffel bag many years ago, as Mrs. Santa Claus. Then Cabbage Patch look a like dolls and clothes. Very fun.

Many of the American Girl doll clothes patterns will fit a fat quarter. The more advanced -- or historical -- patterns require actual yardage. I've definitely become hooked on these, and they are much easier to construct than Barbie clothes, which I made a ton of when my sister was a little girl. I've even bought three of the (knock-off) dolls just so I can have them handy in case I get an attack of something other than quilting.

Wow, Trisher, the outfits are fabulous. My gr8 is past the doll stage and I miss sewing AG clothes. Thank you Garden Gnome for your idea of sewing up some outfits and giving a doll to a needy child. I love it.

Those are wonderful. I just made a wardrobe of Barbie-type clothes for 2 granddaughters. My, such little pieces!

The outfits are So cute. I have made a Lot of AG doll clothes for the granddaughter until she decided she had enough. Also made shoes to go with the outfits.
You might want to check pixiefaire.com they have lots of patterns for the AG dolls and they offer a free pattern every Friday you just have to sign up (free) for their newsletter. I am Not affiliated with the company at all.

Yes, they Are addictive! I'm lucky enough to have little girls in my life so there's a reason to sew doll clothes. When my daughter was small, she played with Barbie dolls and the clothes are much fiddlier. Bigger doll clothes are fun. I love those outfits.

great job! My church has been after me to make them for our church picnic to sell. So far I have the fabric & patterns. I have made Barbie clothes for 48 years. I like doing them
