On Ringo Lake -- Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt 2017-18

Wow, kudos to those that have finished their beautiful tops! All my blocks are done and now pressing my sashing pieces. Working a little slow with a cold coming on and energy is just not there, plodding along and truly enjoy visiting this site and watching everyone's progress. I am loving the turquoise and purple Pagzz and wish I switched out the brown for the purple. Great job everyone!

I had to order (online) add'l fabrics to blend into the new blocks and add to the border - in the meantime, decided to start another quilt that I'm making for my mother. My DH walks into the sewing room and notices I'm working on something new and says "You're not starting another quilt without finishing that Mystery are you??" He's afraid I will never finish one if I start the other (secretly, so am I!) I quickly said "How many projects do you have 'in process' in your garage, honey?" And that was the end of the discussion Thought I'd share my sewing humor with ya'll.
Happy Sewing!

I took a break from blocks this morning to make my setting triangles -- figured I would need them in order to assess things when I put up my blocks.
Sandra, that is gorgeous! Congrats on finishing your top!

I was to tired yesterday to work on it, so I played w/ mindless OBW stripes. No sewing just cutting and playing.

That's beautiful, Sandra! looks like your helper likes it too!
I didn't manage to get any blocks worked on today, spent the entire day finishing up a UFO and then working on a submission to Mid-Atlantic Quilt Fest. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back to my ORL. I'm shooting for getting 10 blocks done a day...then will decide how I want to set it. I'd like to at least get it to the flimsy stage rather than put the bits and pieces into my already large UFO pile LOL.
