Default my latest from an accumulation of blocks

Over the New Year's weekend, I decided that since I could not fit another leftover block in to what I call my orphan blocks box, I sorted it all out and will make charity quilts. Found enough 12.5" blocks for this and two others that are ready to sew together. This one is square, just crooked in the picture. See it from a distance, like here, I should have mixed up the lighter blocks a bit more.

Found a bunch of 6.5" and will do a couple with those. Then there are a huge bag of 4.5 and 3.5. My goal is to get those done before I start anything new.

Oh, and I guess I should finish the tops that are in boxes waiting completion. I have a problem I may share with others. If I see a quilt I want to do, I cut all the pieces and make a few blocks, Then my attention wanders and that box gets set aside with its brothers and sisters. There are now 7 in that family that need completion! I am such a procrastinator!

I think I visit your world often with my wondering attention span. lol

I too am working on some finishes this year.

Great job on those orphan blocks. I like what you've done! And, bonus, it sounds like someone else will benefit from your wondering attention span.

    Lemon's from lemonade. Right.

Hooray for a finish! {{clap, clap, clap}} I really like the block in the upper right corner, and the one with 4 x's.

Yup, lots of lemons to be dealt with, Judith! Good answer.

Great idea to have an box just for leftover or sample blocks! Nicely done!
