She would not need to be a purple lover to love this quilt. Its very sweet and reminds me of a pansy posie.

This quilt is lovely. Thanks for the link to Missouri Star. I found some helpful tutorials there. One day when I finish making quilts for the entire family, I hope to make a quilt of purples and lavenders. Your friend is lucky to have someone who would spend the time, effort, artistry, and money
on creating a lifelong gift from the heart.
