Looking forward to the swap packages. Our move has gotten really weird...long story, but we had to back out of one house last minute due to some scary/major issues the seller wouldn't address. (who puts a propane tank INSIDE their house to run a stove?!?) So, we made a last minute offer on the house we originally wanted because their buyer backed out as well. Still hoping to move mid-March, but I am so ready for this to be over! Getting some hand quilting time in the evenings as a stress reliever...

Well folks, we had a little hiccup last night while getting the packages ready. We had one person not send their return envelope or money. Once I find out if she wants me to hold her package or how we are going to fix it, I will then send the packages out. I can't send until I have an answer as people would be short one package and get one of their own back.

Hoping we can still get these out by the Saturday deadline.
Stay tuned!

(ps: I will PM the friend in question)
Thanks!

Hi all,

The swapper in question is all set, and I will be finishing these up tonight and will mail bright and early tomorrow morning.

Who's ready to receive fun packages in your mailbox? We had one swapper send some really cute buttons with their charms. Wait until you see them. Very sweet gesture!

We also had one swapper who HATES gray....but sent squares along for everyone anyway. She doesn't want any of yours in return. Wasn't that thoughtful? And generous! I went out shopping for fat quarters for you, dear sweet pal, and you will STILL have something showing up in your mailbox from West Bend, Wisconsin. I didn't want you to feel left out . Your baggies will be distributed evenly so we can all enjoy. Thank you!!

Thanks in advance, to the gray mystery sender who doesn't want any back! And the button person... both such lovely gestures.

Happy Gray Skies Day today, Folks!

On a sunny side, our gray packages are at the post office as of 8:30 central time this morning on their way to you, our eager recipients!

Here's where I give even more news
Our secret pal, who sent in packages without wanting any in return is....Crispy Frog!
She sent in 12 packages as well as a valentine's gift. There was enough valentine gifts for everyone, so each of you will receive that. Please thank her....she went above and beyond. But....there were more swappers than 12, so I randomly placed one of her baggies of charms in 12 different envelopes. So 12 of you lucky ducks will also have an extra baggie of charms in your package when it arrives. Sweet deal! I have no idea who's package received, with the exception of me...I kept my pile out of the mix. So all 12 went into open bags. The remaining of us will still be blessed with her extra valentine present.

Crispy: keep an eye on your mailbox. I sent you something I hope you enjoy. You've been a joy, and I thank you

Hugs to all and please let me know when your squishies get there!

Crispy Frog is the best! I've missed chatting with her on this thread ... her sense of humor and positive nature kept me coming back frequently.
