Zozee: My arms and legs will feel it tomorrow. . I have a shovel that is only for pushing the snow. No lifting and throwing which is good. 2 of our neighbors were out of town so that’s why we did 3 today. Usually it’s just our driveway that needs to be done.
OKsewglad: Those poor daffodil bulbs. Good luck with getting the church pew moved.

Here in California the daffodils are about finished. Then a snow storm finished them off. There's still a few under an evergreen tree. This is what I have for memories.

You're a great neighbor, Connie...Love your daffodils, PTFabric....did you paint those?
Working on a project that takes scrap triangles...this will be a long term project, but have 6 of 56 blocks done for it.

Connie - hope you are not too sore today. I wrecked my elbows last winter clearing snow from my steps, we had got 35cm in a 24 hour period and my hubby wasn’t around to take care of it. My elbows still give me problems a year later, even after numerous physio and osteopath appts.
I’m going to cover a big board for my ironing board today, it’s been on my wish list for awhile to extending my ironing surface.

My elastic, bias tape, zippers, etc are in plastic bags in a drawer. Last night while we were watching a movie, I went through them, wound bias tape on cardboard and used scraps of elastic to secure them. Looks better than a jumbled mess. I should just donate it all since it’s not used but every once in a while I need something and sometime I’d like to make fidget mats so it can go for that.

I love your daffodil paintings Petthefabric! Very cheerful!
Connie- that’s a lot of shovelling, hope you’re not too sore today!
Tranum- I did the same with my bias tape, seam binding etc. I don’t use it often, but it’s easy to get to now when I want it.

Yesterday I packed up 30 DVD's- some were singles, some were sets. Found a site called Declutter which will pay you for DVD's and CDs and will also pay shipping. They don't pay much, but it's better than nothing and they are now boxed, labelled, ready to go to UPS. Now to find something to get rid of today LOL!

Success! I found a box of Martha Stewart Paper punches I'd been wanting to get rid of. They are now listed on eBay, so 7 days from now they will be out of here! This is fun. I'm actually kind of excited about looking for something to get rid of tomorrow LOL! Maybe if I can get rid of enough stuff I will actually have room in my storage drawers for all the stuff that seems to float around my sewing room but never actually finds a home.

You all have been very busy and focused. Kudo's!! I went through 3 steamer trunks (antiques) that I have stored misc stuff in over the years and I was pleasantly surprised that they were not the mess I anticipated. There was a rhythm to my madness so I was able to organize and pack easily. I had been dreading getting into those since most of the stuff was sentimental. Had a moment of weaping when I stumbled on my father's 1998 funeral stuff and re-read the eulogy I wrote. Powered thru and now these trunks are nice and tidy and ready to move.
Went to LQS today and they gave be empty bolts so I was able to more fabric organized. It was a good day.
