oksewglad, love your little quilt. Also your big stitch quilting. I have a quilt that my mom made and she did big stitch quilting. I want to learn just haven't found the time.
QuilterMomma , your quilt looks fabulous, love the yellow and your quilting is inspiring.

Good morning everyone got a lot to say and then I'll make my day start going to try for one finish for February.
Martina, thank you on the 'binding advice,' will have to remember that advice is in this thread.
Krisb, congrats on your dual finished quilt.
happylab, it really does feels good to know that there is a working sewing machine in the apartment.
Dedemac, great colors in your baby quilt finish.
Battle Ax, loving your churn-dash top, I ditto the opinion of those that shared that machine quilting can really complete your gorgeous work.
oksewglad, another gorgeous mini scrappy finish.
Q-momma, loving that beautiful quilting in that completion, lovely work.
Now, I've had my say so off to the machine, have a productive last day of February all.

Thank you all for the comments. Now is when I need some guidance and I think this is the only place where I would use a poll.
Help which layout looks more cohesive?
Some sort of rainbow progression,

Or random?

I like the look of both, but this is for a 2 year old.

I like the random also. To me it just fits the letters better. Your quilt will be beautiful either way!
