Here are some tutorials on circle quilting a whole quilt. I've done both the concentric and spiral with my walking foot on smaller (crib, twin) modern quilts.

Thankyou. I’ve done my circles on this wall hanging (used the walking foot, fairly successfully) but I’ll keep these for future reference as, having dared to try circles, I’d like to do so again sometime!
